Fast Shipping & Delivery of ReyVend Vending Machines
All orders for ReyVend vending machines are shipped from our warehouse in Cleveland, OH within 1–4 business days of purchase. We strive to deliver your machines as quickly as possible, ensuring minimal downtime for your business operations.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Tracking information and delivery updates
- Onboarding instructions for your ReyVend machine
- Admin login credentials for easy management
- Instructions on how to link your bank account to the Nayax card reader
Transit Time: Typically 4–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Expected Total Delivery Time: Approximately 2–3 weeks from the purchase date.
Freight Options & Delivery Methods
To provide the best shipping rates, ReyVend partners with a Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight broker. Our machines are securely sealed and palletized for safe delivery. You can choose the most suitable delivery option at checkout:

Important Note: If you choose additional delivery services not selected at checkout, you will be charged separately for these services.
Handling Damage During Transit
If your ReyVend vending machine arrives damaged, please contact us at shipping@reyvend.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and include the following information:
- Your name and order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A note indicating if damage was marked on the carrier’s paperwork
We will resolve the issue by:
- Offering a partial discount if the damage is minor
- Sending replacement parts
- Providing a full replacement if the machine is unusable

Q: Do I need a loading dock for delivery?
A: No, you don’t. Simply choose Liftgate Delivery at checkout for curbside delivery.
Q: Can I return a machine after opening?
A: Yes, as long as the machine is unused and in its original condition. It must be palletized and shipped back via freight.
Q: What if my machine arrives damaged?
A: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll issue a discount, send replacement parts, or provide a full replacement if needed.
Q: How long does it take to process refunds?
A: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we inspect the return.
